Location, Location, Location. This is a little second story bar that is perched just on the corner of degraves/centre way and Flinders lane.

 It's got an intimate speak easy vibe and and great open balcony that looks out over the night life action of this lively pedestrian intersection. The decor is classy, yet relaxed and the wine glass chandelier is a nice touch!


Lots to like about this bar. It's quiet but fun and has a very good mix of Melbourians and travelers as regular patrons. It's located right near a few backpackers on Flinders lane and as a result you will find yourself talking to cute girls from Belgium called Charlotte who sadly have boyfriends who are quiet nice as well.

I came here last night on a Thusday and at 8pm a little boy and girl duo played some jazz and old covers which was really good. The right volume to be enjoyable but not impossible to talk over. If you smoke you'll love this place because you can sort of sit in the bar at a table and smoke while looking out onto the street. If you hate smoking it might get a bit whiffy, but suck it up princess.





Very good after work drink place to relax or if you're a guy or a girl who would actually like to chat with some people of the opposite gender this is a nice, non-sleazy place to do it in. I'm putting this place in my regular bar rotation.
