New Guernica

I haven't been to new get ice in a while but it's not because the place isn't awesome it's more that I'm not awesome enough for this place. The decor is incredible, great music, free entry most nights and they always have great and slightly insane drink specials and happy hours timings.

The thing is I'm in my thirties now and this is one place I truly feel like an old man creeping on the play ground. If on the other hand your in your twenties and want to meet other fun loving people your age who like to have big night drinking way to much on a week night this is for you.

The space itself looks incredible with a dark forest hansel and Gretel on acid theme. It also has lots of little rooms dotted around with different theme and sizes so you an escape the dance floor to a seated area or the smoking area which looks out onto the city below. For a bar right in the be, right next to Burke at this place is great because it's always open very late and the specials will flow all night.

If your in the age bracket where you have a tinder profile and have never heard of MySpace you'll love this place to bits. I like it I'm just too old
