FAD is one of those places in the city i love because it has it's own very unique atmosphere and sense of community. The bar is dark and relaxed with lots of couches and great artwork and photography on the walls. The bar staff, security, dj's and owner are all very cool. During the week and early weekends it's a great place to relax and chat with a coopers but later on in the night on fri and sat it gets a real house party vibe.

 You can here the music pumping from Little Bourke which brings in the people, who all dance like crazy to the old school rock and party hits. The atmosphere is very cool with a great mix of people. They have another gallery upstairs which is much quieter if you want to escape the fun and just talk as well. It's a beer and spirits kind of a place and has a good smoking area at the back as well.

The best feature really is the music and everyone having fun dancing on a friday and saturday night. It's not like a club but as mentioned much like a party at a friend house where they have a killer playlist. They also have live bands fairly often which are good as well, never too loud to talk but loud enough to enjoy if you're in the mood for some live vintage rock or soul.
