The first time i ever went to loop was about seven years ago for a launch of some beer called red stripe and i smiled at this cute red head girl. She smiled back and then told me she'd seen my band play in Ballarat a few year before and had a crush on me since. I ended up leaving with her within about ten minutes and so began the worst relationship of my life. Fuck you loop.
I've since forgiven loop as its a pretty good bar if you like a place and it's really not their fault that i'm a idiot with bad taste in women. One thing i like is they have a pretty good, if small, food menu. Also they often do some fun movie nights. Because they are on lily blacks lane i don't go in heaps but if i'm with a small group of people i will as they have a great smoking/sitting area in Meyers place and also inside as we'll
One of the major features is the great sound system and big movie screen that can roll down. If you want a place to host your investment seminar or play back to the future this could be the place. Back in the day they used to have some great music and still have a wicked dance floor. Location is killer and in house security and always relaxed.
Loop is a good solid city bar they just need to screen girls for bunny boiler traits..
